Terms of service

These terms are the agreement between Atriqa Integrated Marketing Private Limited ("Atriqa", "we") and the organisation that signs up for Floory ("you"). By creating an account or using Floory, you accept them on behalf of your organisation. If an order form or proposal we have both signed says something different, the signed document wins.

1. What Floory is

Floory gives your sales team and agents one live floor plan for each show, with time-stamped booth holds, reminders and a chat bot. It records who held, signed or sold each booth and when. It does not create contracts with your exhibitors and it does not take payments from them. Those stay between you and your exhibitors.

2. Accounts and your team

• Floory is for businesses only.
• Your admins decide who gets an account and which shows each person sees. You are responsible for what your users, including outside agents, do in Floory.
• Keep passwords private. Tell us straight away if you think an account has been misused.

3. Plans and fees

• The plan includes one show with one hall (up to 400 booths per hall), unlimited users, and 5,000 bot messages a month. Extra shows, halls and message packs are priced as shown on our pricing or in your order.
• Prices on the website are shown in your local currency for convenience. Your invoice states the currency and the amount you pay. Prices exclude VAT, GST and similar taxes, which are added where they apply.
• Yearly fees are invoiced in advance. Extra message packs are invoiced monthly in arrears. Invoices are due within 30 days.
• If an invoice is more than 30 days overdue, we may pause access after giving you 14 days' written notice. Your data is kept while access is paused.

4. Term, renewal and cancellation

A subscription runs for 12 months and renews for another 12 months unless either of us gives notice at least 30 days before the renewal date. Our refund and cancellation policy forms part of these terms.

5. Your data

• You own your data: floor plans, booth records, client names and everything your team enters.
• You give us permission to host and process it only to run Floory for you, as described in our data processing addendum.
• You can export your booth list and plans at any time. After your subscription ends we delete your data within 90 days, unless you ask for an export first.
• We may use anonymous, aggregated measurements (for example, how accurately floor plans are read) to improve Floory. These never identify you, your team or your exhibitors.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• upload anything you don't have the right to use;
• try to get into another organiser's data;
• test, scan or overload the service without our written permission;
• copy, scrape, reverse-engineer or resell Floory, or use it to build a competing product;
• use the bot to send spam.

7. Our commitments

• We aim to keep Floory available at all times and plan maintenance outside European and Indian business hours where we can.
• We check the first reading of every floor plan you upload. You remain responsible for checking a plan before you publish it, and for the prices and statuses your team records.
• We keep Floory secure as described on our security page.
• We tell you without undue delay, and within 72 hours, if a breach affects your data.

8. Intellectual property

Floory, its software, design and name belong to Atriqa. Your subscription gives your users a right to use Floory for your shows while it is active. If you send us suggestions, we may use them without owing you anything.

9. Liability

• Neither of us is liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profit, revenue or data that a reasonable backup routine would have prevented.
• Each party's total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid for Floory in that period.
• These limits don't apply where the law doesn't allow them, for example to fraud, or to death or personal injury caused by negligence.
• Floory records holds and prevents the same booth being held twice in the system. It cannot stop a booth being promised outside Floory, by email or by phone.

10. Confidentiality

Each of us keeps the other's non-public information confidential. We use it only for this agreement and share it only with people who need it and are bound to keep it confidential.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will email admins at least 30 days before a change that affects you takes effect. If you don't agree, you can cancel before the change takes effect and receive a pro-rata refund of fees paid for the unused period.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Before going to court, we will both try to settle a dispute by talking in good faith for 30 days. Courts at the place of our registered office have jurisdiction.
